Awesome place to go for 2 hours! Good kitchen area that offers food. Standard practice in the soft play area, i.e. no shoes, which keeps the place clean. No food or drink to be consumed whilst in the soft play zone which is adhered to nicely. There's also a baby sensory part to the back of the room and another sensory area under supervision of parents/guardians for children. It's a great place to go, to have a coffee, snacks and tire out the kiddies! Would recommend!

Very welcoming staff and I felt very good when we had been appointed free table we could sit by. Facilities are good and soft play area very entertaining for my 5 year old boy. One price on arrival and unlimited stay, which is very rare nowadays. Good choice of food and drinks at rhe café. Would definitely go back there.

What a lovely place for children to play. Lovely, friendly staff who are happy to help & welcoming. There is an excellent under 4s section with climbing areas, slides, ball pit and more. There's a ball court for kids to play in & a much larger climbing play area for older kids with lots to do. Plenty of seating & a good reasonably priced menu. Toilets with baby change. It was clean & tidy and I would deffinately reccomend this soft play.

Think there needs to b adults who work there in climbing frame due to bigger ones bullying younger ones. Wouldn’t go again, payed £6 for 2 hours and had to leave 30 mins into it as grandson was getting bullied and wouldn’t go back in

Friendly staff, good range of things for kids to explore. As a childish adult I can vouch that the blue wavey slide is fun - fast enough to bring on a "woohoo" but not fast enough to scare off my timid 3yo. Equipment fairly clean actually, which isn't usually the case in these places (my hands don't feel sticky and gross after a few goes round the course). Good grub too - standard kids meals but good. With it being quiet they've let us stay longer than the session we paid for too. I'll definitely be coming here again, especially with it being right by the train station.

Normally have very positive things to say about this place, but was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the young girl today. Was overcharged for the food (menu needs updating if I'm being told, "that's what it says on the till"), and then had the spoon thrown to me. That aside, the gentleman at the front desk was polite and accommodating, and made my boys feel very welcome. Despite the negative impact the young girl gave me, this is a 5 star play area. It is big enough to keep children entertained, with plenty to do
